3.If the temperature is below 5℃, the design should not be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the specification. If necessary, the welding device should be preheated before welding.
4. During the welding process of the extrusion welding machine, the slider of the gun head should be checked frequently and the slider replaced in a timely manner in case of severe wear to avoid damage to the film surface.
5. HDPE Geomembranes should be fed by a generator with good voltage stabilisation performance when welding and a voltage stabiliser must be used when local electricity is used under special circumstances.
