Polyester continuous filament needle punched nonwoven geotextile is made of polyester chip by high-temperature-pressure to be liquid, air drawing into wire, lapping, needle punched then winding into roll to become finished products, which also called a step molding method. Usually, this form of manufacturing has superior hydraulic performance and good applications, including separation, filtration, protection, reinforcement and drainage, etc. According to customer requirments, it can be covered and composed with geomembrane, geonet and other materials to become geomembrane-geotextile composites, geonet-geotextile composites and other products by heat treatment.
